FlagshipEMS

Software for EMS agencies

Fire departments, ambulance services and volunteer squads all have the same spreadsheet: who's licensed, whose CPR card runs out next month, and who's short on CE hours before recert. FlagshipEMS replaces it, and reminds your people before anything lapses.

What it does today

  • One roster of your people, uploaded from a spreadsheet or added one at a time.
  • Every credential with its expiration date: state license, NREMT, CPR, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, driver's license, EVOC, NIMS and anything else you track, with a photo of the card.
  • Required credentials by level, so you see who's missing what at a glance.
  • CE hours counted against the NREMT recertification cycle, split into national, local and individual hours, with a flag on anyone falling behind.
  • Email reminders to the member and to your officers 90, 60 and 30 days before a credential expires.
  • A credentials report you can download for a state inspection or an audit.
  • A shift schedule with stations, units and seats. Repeat a shift every 2 or 3 days to build a 24/48 or 24/72 rotation in one step.
  • Open seats your people pick up from their phones, shift trades and giveaways, and time-off requests, with officer approval where you want it. Nobody can take a seat above their level, double-book themselves or work during approved time off.
  • A time clock your people use from their phones. Officers fix missed punches, approve each pay period and download a payroll file with regular and overtime hours.
  • Protocols, SOPs and policies your crews read on their phones and acknowledge. Publish a new version and you see exactly who has read it and who hasn't.
  • Daily rig checks from a phone, with your own checklists. Anything marked as a problem stays on the officers' list until someone fixes it.
  • Supply and medication inventory against par levels, with expiration warnings and a log of every change.
  • Incident reports for injuries, exposures, vehicle and equipment problems and near misses, filed from a phone, plus QA/QI call reviews each provider reads and acknowledges.
  • Announcements and a document library for policies, forms and contact sheets.
  • In-house training your people sign up for from their phones. Record who came and the CE hours land on each person's record, already verified.

Your people do the paperwork

Each member signs in with the email on your roster, using their Google or Microsoft account or an email link. They upload their own renewed cards and CE certificates from their phone, and your training officer verifies them. No more chasing photos of CPR cards through text messages.

What we don't do

Patient care reports. FlagshipEMS keeps track of your people, rigs, supplies and paperwork; your ePCR keeps the patients. Incident reports and call reviews are built to hold no patient information. If you need something else, tell us: when it helps every agency we build it, and your price stays the same.

Why agencies pick us

  • We're cheaper: one flat price per agency, never per person.
  • We're simpler: sign up and start today. No setup call, no IT ticket.
  • Our only focus is EMS. It's all we build for.
  • We listen. If you need something we don't offer, we'll add it, and we won't upcharge you to do so.

Common questions

What does it cost?
Free for up to 15 active people, for as long as you like. Bigger agencies pay one flat price, never per person: Squad is $39 a month for up to 50 people, Station $99 for up to 150, and Service $199 with no limit. Paying yearly gets two months free, every plan has every feature, and volunteer agencies get 50% off. Every price is on the pricing page.
Does it count CE toward NREMT recertification?
Yes. Enter each member's recertification date and log their CE as national, local or individual hours. FlagshipEMS counts the hours in the current two-year cycle against the NREMT requirement for their level (EMR, EMT, AEMT or Paramedic). Extra national and local hours count toward the individual component.
Do you store patient information?
No. FlagshipEMS for agencies tracks your people, not your patients. There are no patient care reports in it.
Can our members see their own records?
Yes. Add their email to the roster and they sign in to see their own credentials and CE, upload new cards and log hours for your review. They never see anyone else's records.
