Export a report from Platinum Planner as Excel or CSV: students, shifts and hours, patient contacts, skills or grades.
Upload it on the Import page in FlagshipEMS, pick Platinum Planner as the source and say which kind of record it holds.
Check the column matches and the preview. Nothing saves until you say so.
Import. Patient rows keep only the age group, complaint and skills, so names and record numbers never leave your browser. If an import goes wrong, undo it.

Getting the export out of Platinum Planner

In Platinum Planner, run the report that lists the records you want and export it to Excel. The General Report works well for shifts and hours. Run one export per kind of record: students, shifts, patient contacts, skills or grades. If a file has a title or date line above the column names, the importer lets you pick the row the names are on. Not sure which report to run?
