Moving your records over is free on every plan, and you do it yourself in an afternoon:

Export a report from Typhon as Excel or CSV: students, shifts and hours, patient contacts, skills or grades.
Upload it on the Import page in FlagshipEMS, pick Typhon as the source and say which kind of record it holds.
Check the column matches and the preview. Nothing saves until you say so.
Import. Patient rows keep only the age group, complaint and skills, so names and record numbers never leave your browser. If an import goes wrong, undo it.

Getting the export out of Typhon

In Typhon, open the report that lists the records you want, time logs for hours or case logs for patient contacts, and export it to Excel or CSV. If a file has a title or date line above the column names, the importer lets you pick the row the names are on. Not sure which report to run?
